Year 1 (Time)
We have been learning about Healthy Lifestyles in PSHE. We decided to test our fitness levels by timing ourselves to do different fitness activities during our PE lessons. We had great fun using the stopwatches, estimating and finding out how many jumps, ball bounces and star jumps we could do in a minute. We are going to continue our work on measuring and recording time by finding out and recording how long it takes us to do a particular number of fitness activities eg 20 hoop skips.
