It was really lovely to meet with the parents and carers of our Year four children at our recent parent and pupil consultations. It was a great opportunity to reflect on all the progress the children have made and to consider their next steps in their final year at GMA. Parents and carers will have further opportunities to share in  their children’s successes with the year assembly taking place on Friday 14^th March and work share on Monday 31^st March.

We will be holding a PGL briefing on Wednesday 2^nd April to run through the final details of the trip. We will also use this as an opportunity to answer any questions you may have and collect any additional information such as medication or routines that you feel we should know. A kit list for the trip has also been attached to this page of the website.

Academically, children will be learning about the states of matter in Science and Rivers and the water cycle in Geography. In English, we will be studying the story of Arthur and the golden rope and will be focusing on fractions in maths. Children will continue to have Indoor PE on a Monday and Outdoor PE on Friday.
